Who We Are

DriverOutlook is a liaison between you and the company you worked for. Most drivers quit a company because the recruitment department did not deliver on the great package it offered.  It is not uncommon for a company to truncate miles, underpay what was promised, or provide equipment that continually breaks down.  How can you afford to work for a company like that?  You can't!  To add insult to injury, once you quit, it is typical for this type of company to keep your last paycheck with your escrow as 'compensation for damages' for things outside your lease agreement.  These companies know that it would cost too much for you to hire an attorney and pursue legal action.

Our mission is to protect you from these types of companies that prey on hard-working Americans.  If you have been unfortunate enough to be a victim of one of these types of companies, then we want to help you get paid.  But we can only do that with your help!  Tell us your story.  We want to know which company took advantage of you and how they did it.  Then we will contact them and diligently work on getting you paid.  No, we are not attorneys, but when drivers unite, we have a powerful voice and we will be heard!

DriveOutlook works on an alphabet scoring report card. Every company starts out with an A+, with each complaint the scoring goes down informing other Drivers that are looking to get hired by the company that there are issues from other drivers. The complaints will never be public or readable for others to view only between Driver and company. Example ACB Trucking might have 3 Drivers complaints then ACB Trucking might have a B- depending on the severity of the complaint. As a Potential Driver you now have the option to go to work for a company who has a B- or look for an A + company. As the complaints for one company gets more complaints the scoring goes down. This data will take time to develop, so it is imperative that we start now!

DriverOutlook is 100% for drivers like you. The complaints are points based so an example could be that a company didn't pay escrow after the lease agreement of 45 days, that is 20 points regardless of if the company pays 1-10 day after the 45 days of termination. The company can't regain points for 2 years . Example - If the company doesn't pay the last check after termination then the company will receive 15 points but the company has the ability to regain 1/2 the points back if they pay the driver within 7 days after the DriverOutlook representative contacts the company and the driver gets the money.

Other complaints as far as: pay promised (or advertised), equipment, charges not agreed to, detention and lay overpay promised, lack of home time promised, escrow not paid, last check not paid, lack of miles, dispatcher problems, pretty much any reason why you quit and believe that others need to be warned.

These complaints will be reviewed by a DriverOutlook representative that is or was a driver themselves with NO EXCEPTIONS.

DriverOutlook is not affiliated with any attorneys, nor will these complaints be represented in court by DriverOutlook.  Our main goal is to inform other drivers like you about deceptive carriers.  It is time for recruiting companies to fulfill their promises.  Help us keep them honest.
