Don't Lose Your Contract

We all in the trucking industry had to start out somewhere. Some of us are veterans and some are new to the industry. If you're new to the industry there are companies who prey on you to work for them and take your money. I hope that DriverOutlook can help with this and educate you on how to fight back.

Make sure that you have a signed lease agreement and it's uploaded in your email. what a lot of Drivers have done is use an app such as camscanner to take the pictures and then email them back to yourself once that has happened they create a file and move that lease agreement there.
Secondly DO NOT LEAVE IT IN YOUR TRUCK, because the company can pick the truck up at any time without your permission.

Make sure that you and the company sign the agreement together and never leave it blank, the reason is that if you do not have yours they will create another one and put in the agreement in their favor.

DriveOutlook was built by a Driver due to all the money the trucking companies stole and there was nothing that could be done UNTIL NOW.

You are now going to have access to your own private attorneys that will go over your lease agreement, offer you a legal inexpensive alternative than just roll over and take it.

The most important part of this is the complaints are used to help the other drivers for being the company's next victim.

  • Escrow
  • Last paycheck
  • Bad Equipment
  • Poor Dispatch
  • No Miles but claim to have plenty
  • Promised Detention and Layover but never paid
You take a company's ability to hire, then you take them out of the industry.
